Informational Use Only

Truth Guard provides forensic deepfake analysis for informational purposes only. Verdicts, Truth Scores, and certificates produced by the service are not legal evidence and must not be used as the sole basis for editorial, judicial, employment, or financial decisions.

1. Acceptable use

You may upload media you own or have explicit permission to analyze. You may not use Truth Guard to harass, defame, or violate the privacy of any person, or to process content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Accuracy disclaimer

Detection accuracy is high but not absolute. Adversarial content, novel generators, and severely degraded media may produce inconclusive or incorrect verdicts. You are responsible for independent verification before acting on a result.

3. Subscriptions

Pro plans bill monthly ($7.99) or yearly ($69.99) via Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are issued at our discretion for verified service failures.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truth Guard, its operators, and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or place undue strain on the service. You may close your account at any time.
