Auto-Deletion Policy
We do not store your images. All files you upload are processed in volatile memory and deleted immediately after analysis completes. No copies are retained on our servers, in backups, or with our forensic providers.
What we process
- Uploaded media — analyzed in-memory, deleted within seconds.
- Scan metadata — file name, MIME type, verdict, and Truth Score are saved to your account history. The original file is not.
- Account data — email and subscription status, used only to operate the service.
- Usage telemetry — anonymized counters for scan volume and reliability.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or share your media or personal data.
- We never use your uploads to train models.
- We never retain biometric identifiers extracted during analysis.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details. We receive only a transaction reference and subscription status.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated metadata at any time by contacting privacy@truthguard.ai.
